ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Anger Management classes at NVFS help adults to learn and develop new skills to deal with anger. Topics addressed in the series include:

• What is anger and what role does it play in our lives?
• How is anger expressed?
• Recognize the danger signals
• Stress and anger
• Strategies for anger reduction and control
• Protecting yourself when others are angry

THE WINTER ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP SCHEDULE:
The winter session for the anger management classes will be held Tuesday evenings from January 8 through February 26. Cost for the classes are $200 for eight sessions or $175 if it is paid in full by January 8.
