COUNSELING
The Family Counseling program is designed to provide skilled,
therapeutic interventions to adults, children or adolescents
experiencing difficult situations affecting their mental health.
Depending on the need, counseling services are offered to the
entire family, couples or the individual. The therapeutic process
includes promoting self-knowledge and self-confidence, developing
trust and enhancing communication in order to find positive
solutions to life problems.

TRANSPARENTING
Are you a separating or divorced parent? You may be interested
in attending a TransParenting
(formerly known as COPE) seminar, an educational program that
helps parents lessen the negative impact of divorce on their
children by focusing on separation as seen through the eyes

ANGER
MANAGEMENT
The counseling program offers an eight-week Anger Management
group several times per year. Click
