Program:
Loudoun Kids Health Partnership (LKHP)
Provides low-income, uninsured children with access
to health care services through a network of private-practice
physicians and Kaiser Permanente. Serves families
with incomes up to 250% of the federal poverty level.
Services include comprehensive primary preventive
and sick care, lab services, pharmaceutical assistance,
case management and information and referral services.

Program: Loudoun
Accessible Medication Program
Provides low-income, uninsured
adults taking medications for chronic illnesses with
assistance in applying to pharmaceutical companies’
patient assistance programs. Serves persons with incomes
up to 200% of the federal poverty level. Through participation
in a patient assistance program, individuals can obtain
their chronic medications from the drug manufacturer
either free or at a greatly reduced cost.
