Northern Virginia Family Service is proud to recognize the Intervention Prevention Education (IPE) program and its recent soccer tournament for at-risk youth in the region. Counselors in the IPE program work throughout the region in cooperation with the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force.

NVFS has been reaccredited by The Council on Accreditation (COA). COA’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of standards and quality improvement is designed to identify providers that have set high performance standards for themselves and have made a commitment to their constituents to deliver the highest quality services. NVFS is one of only a few agencies in Virginia that carry this esteemed accreditation.
