This past year volunteers donated over 33,000 hours of service to NVFS.  That's a value of over $700,000!

Our volunteers play an integral role in helping us provide hope for the families we serve. Not only do we need the helping hands, but we also want volunteering to be a meaningful experience for our volunteers. 

NVFS offers you a chance to give back, connect with your community, and answer the call of service. Together, we can move from good intentions into greater social outcomes.

Please contact Karen Horowitz to sign up.  If you want to volunteer in Prince William County, the next volunteer orientation session is Saturday, August 21st from 10am-12pm at our SERVE campus.  Please contact Jan Hawkins to sign up. All interested volunteers must attend an orientation.
