Overview

Many Northern Virginia families are under a tremendous amount of stress that takes a toll on physical and emotional health. On top of that, having a job is not always a certainty, and adequate coverage (or coverage at all) is not always a certainty even for the employed.

Northern Virginia Family Service has become one of the largest providers of access to health care in the region and has been firmly grounded in the practice of social work for decades. We believe access to health care is critical and that counseling and therapy can be a lifeline for our communities most vulnerable.

Health care services are available in Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. Please click here for a service directory.

Our
mental health services are part of our Multicultural Center, with offices in Falls Church and Arlington.
