2021 Strides for Stronger Families Virtual Fitness Challenge
Benefiting NVFS’ SERVE Campus in Manassas
Thank you all for a fantastic 2021 Strides for Stronger Families Challenge. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
This time of year plans are normally well underway for NVFS’ Strikes for Stronger Families Bowl-a-thon, the largest annual fundraiser to support our SERVE campus. But if 2020 taught us anything, it’s to expect a new normal, even if it’s temporary. So, to help keep everyone safe and healthy right now, this year we’re transforming the event into the Strides for Stronger Families Virtual Fitness Challenge, a one-week fitness challenge hosted on the fitness app Strava. For each minute of fitness activity (cycling, running, walking, swimming, yoga, weight training, etc.) logged on Strava, we will raise funds for our Greater Prince William County neighbors in need. You can invite your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors to take part in the Challenge or donate to your fundraiser.
Northern Virginia Family Service’s SERVE campus addresses the immediate needs of families and individuals in crisis by offering them the stabilizing support they need to become self-sufficient and develop the potential for future success. While the event looks a bit different this year, the purpose is still the same – to build a stronger Greater Prince William Community.
Please join us in thanking our 2021 Sponsors!
