The Multicultural Center’s Information and Referral services are designed to help individuals and families from all backgrounds and cultures navigate the complex network of public and private services and resources in Northern Virginia.

Multilingual staff provide information about, and referrals to, appropriate service providers throughout Northern Virginia, with a special emphasis on services to newly-arrived refugees and low-income Hispanic immigrants.

Information and Referral staff are the first point of contact for new clients and assist with scheduling in-house appointments for all programs.
