Attire

Casual chic (also called dressy casual or smart casual) attire is suggested.
What exactly does this mean? It’s a combination of relaxed and refined pieces — think sun- or shirt- dresses, blouses, dress shirts, button-downs, dress pants or skirts, dark jeans, and fun shoes. We suggest that you wear what is comfortable and makes you feel like celebrating!

What to Expect
When you arrive, your first stop will be the check-in table, where you’ll receive your nametag and printed program booklet that includes your bidder number for the silent auction and paddle raise. There are no paper tickets to bring or redeem.

Please note this year’s event is reception style only with no seated dinner or table assignments.  If you have accessibility requirements or will have difficulty standing for two hours, please reach out to Sarah Crosley to make alternative arrangements in advance.

What to Bring
A fully charged smartphone! You’ll be using your smartphone to place silent auction bids and buy raffle tickets. Outlets and cords will be available for charging as needed. If you do not own a smartphone or would prefer to attend without, there will be a bidding station available.

Bidding Starts Early!
Our silent auction will open before May 3. Please be sure to share your and guests’ names and contact information with our team in advance so that we can pre-register you for the event.  This will expedite your check-in process and ensure you receive early access to the auction when it opens.  More details to come on the auction closer to the event!
