Dennis DeLoach

Dennis DeLoach is the Director of Early Childhood Education Programs at Northern Virginia Family Service. With nearly 15 years of experience in the field, he has served as a classroom teacher, education specialist, teacher coach, education and disabilities coordinator, and program manager. In his current role, Dennis provides leadership in programming, compliance, and data collection for early childhood education programs across Arlington, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties. He ensures that the ECE programs meet and exceed federal and state compliance requirements while fostering collaboration with other program directors to strengthen services and maximize resources for children and families.

A proud alum of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, Dennis earned a degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Early Special Education and teaching young readers. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership.

Dennis is deeply passionate about early childhood education and believes in the transformative power of high-quality learning experiences for young children. He is dedicated to mentoring educators, empowering families, and advocating for equitable access to early learning opportunities.
