Northern Virginia Family Service Announces 2023 CARE Awards Winners

Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Awards Honor 20+ DC, Maryland, and Virginia Businesses With Outstanding Community Impact, Family-Friendly Policies, and Employee Engagement

 OAKTON, VA [October 3, 2023] – Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) today announced the winners of its 2023 CARE (Companies As Responsive Employers) Awards. For more than 30 years, the CARE Awards have recognized exceptional companies that are proactively making the Washington, D.C. region a better place to work, live, and play through their outstanding employee cultures, emphasis on employee wellbeing, adapting to a new world of working, deep community engagement practices, flexible work environments, and diversity, equity and inclusivity efforts and policies.
