The CASA Volunteer Recruitment Ambassador plays a crucial role promoting the CASA (Court Appointment Special Advocate) role and recruiting volunteers to become CASAs to ensure all children in the Arlington and Alexandria child welfare system have a compassionate and caring adult advocating for their best interest.

Core Duties:

• Create and distribute volunteer recruitment messaging and materials to the public, including flyers, brochures, and online posts.
• Research and test targeted recruitment methods to more efficiently and effectively find the right volunteers for the CASA role.
• Engage with community members by representing the NVFS CASA program at local community, civic and faith events.
• Assist in preparing for CASA information sessions.

The Volunteer Recruitment Ambassador must be able to commit to volunteering a minimum of 3-4 hours per work over a multi-month time period. Scheduling is flexible.
