Northern Virginia Family Service Honors 22 Winners of 2023 CARE Awards at Exclusive Reception in Tysons Corner

OAKTON, VA, November 21, 2023 – On Wednesday, November 15, Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) honored the winners of its 2023 CARE (Companies As Responsive Employers) Awards at a special reception at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner/Innovation Gallery. More than 150 people representing companies and nonprofit organizations from across Northern Virginia were in attendance.  

Since 1992, the CARE Awards have recognized exceptional companies that are proactively making the Washington, D.C. region a better place to work, live, and play through their outstanding employee cultures, emphasis on employee wellbeing, adapting to a new world of working, deep community engagement practices, flexible work environments, and efforts and policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
