NVFS Early Head Start
and Head Start

The strength of the Northern Virginia community begins with children and their
cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing. By providing young children with the
early reading and math skills they need to be successful in school, and educating
their parents or caregivers on the social and cognitive development of children, NVFS
is building strong foundations for Northern Virginia’s youngest residents, helping
them and their parents to create healthy and successful futures.

NVFS Early Head Start

NVFS’ Early Head Start programs provide tools and resources to pregnant women and parents of children ages 0-3 at home and at our centers so that they can build a brighter future for their family. NVFS Early Head Start offers these programs in Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William counties.
