Conexiones

Connecting Immigrant Youth and Families to behavioral Health Support

Finding support for behavioral health challenges can be hard. Often families don’t know where to start, what their child needs, or how to access it. For some immigrant families, work schedules, language, cost, and unfamiliarity with services present additional barriers to connecting their child with the help they need.

The NVFS Conexiones Program provides brief case management for Spanish speaking, immigrant youth and their families who are seeking support to connect to behavioral health care and would benefit from personalized assistance in accessing resources.
