Board Pledge Payment Form

You will be able to set up your monthly or quarterly pledge payments or make a single payment towards your annual board pledge(s). If you choose the quarterly recurring option, you will be charged the pre-selected amount on the 15th of August, November, February, and May. Monthly charges will be made on the 15th or the next business day of the month. NVFS will send you one consolidated receipt in January for your annual contributions.

If you wish to pay down your pledge by marketable securities or through your donor-advised fund, the transfer information and donor-advised fund link is below. If you have any questions, please email Kathleen McMahon.

If you’ve already made a payment towards your annual pledge(s), your remaining balance(s) will be adjusted accordingly.
