2022 Strides for Stronger Families

Virtual Fitness Challenge

Benefiting NVFS’ SERVE Campus in Manassas
⇒ Registration is open!

Because the safety and health of our community is always at the forefront of our planning, we are bringing back the Strides for Stronger Families Virtual Fitness Challenge in place of our annual Bowl-a-thon this year. From March 23 – April 1, we are inviting you to support SERVE and join us in logging the minutes of the fitness activity of your choice for a 10-Day Fitness Challenge. For each minute of fitness activity (cycling, running, walking, swimming, yoga, weight training, etc.) logged, we will raise funds for our Greater Prince William County neighbors in need.

Invite your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors to take part in the Challenge or donate to your fundraiser. Prizes will be awarded for the top fundraisers and those that move the most! While the event looks a bit different again, the purpose is the same as it has always been – to build a stronger Greater Prince William Community.

The Fitness Challenge RUNS from March 23rd – April 1st.

Northern Virginia Family Service’s SERVE campus addresses the immediate needs of families and individuals in crisis by offering them the stabilizing support they need to become self-sufficient and develop the potential for future success.

Our FAQ covers many questions or, for additional information, contact Jessica Warren at jwarren@nvfs.org or at 571-748-2671.
