Deborah Rosenberg

Debbie most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Transurban North America, a division of a publicly traded developer, operator and investor in toll roads in Australia, the United States and Canada. In this role, she led the People & Culture and Corporate Affairs/Marketing teams, where she oversaw organizational culture, talent management, leadership development, social impact, diversity, equity, and inclusion, sustainability initiatives, corporate communications, and media and industry affairs.
Debbie has held additional HR leadership positions at Fannie Mae and Robert Half and has worked with BearingPoint/KPMG in strategic change consulting. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Human Resources and has over 20 years of experience working in HR strategy, organization development, and change management.
